Returns & Refunds
In order to make sure all customers receive new products from us, we cannot accept a return for grocery product. If you received incorrect or damaged products, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. Any incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of reported delivery. We do not accept returns for packaging change.
For the vast majority of returns, refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Yes, We’re unable to issue refund/replacement if chocolates are melted during transit. Please choose express shipping at checkout or shop at a cooler time.
