What's your return policy?

In order to make sure all customers receive new products from us, we cannot accept a return for grocery product. If you received incorrect or damaged products, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. Any incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of reported delivery. We do not accept returns for packaging change.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

For the vast majority of returns, refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

What if my chocolates melt?

Yes, We’re unable to issue refund/replacement if chocolates are melted during transit. Please choose express shipping at checkout or shop at a cooler time.

Where do you ship from?

We process all orders from our warehouse in New York.

How much is standard shipping?

All order over $49+ shipping is free! All other orders of non-perishable products ship for a flat rate of $6.99.

Do you ship to PO Box?

It depends. Currently we can only ship to very limited number of PO Box addresses, depending on package size and distance. To ensure delivery, please provide both PO Box address and non-PO Box address at checkout.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

No, at this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses. We currently only ship within the contiguous US.

What shipping methods do you use?

We currently use Fedex, UPS and USPS to deliver our packages in the USA. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your order, you have the option to cancel your order within one hour of purchase during business hours. To cancel your order, please contact us at our toll-free number. A restocking fee of 20% order value will be deducted for any order canceled after the one hour window.

Can I modify my order?

At the moment we are unable to modify orders.

Do you take backorders?

We take backorder on a case-by-case basis. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified on the packing slip enclosed in your package.

Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

No. At this time babodim.com does not accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders.
